With a scale of more than 1,000 guests and an artistic story rich in brand identity, the Gala “40 Years of Đèo Cả’s Journey” is one of the hallmark events demonstrating the professional, creative event-organizing capability and application of modern technology by Happy Media – the partner that accompanied Đèo Cả Group on this meaningful milestone.
In a context where the event market increasingly demands creativity and experience, Happy Media proved its event-organizing competence through the Gala “40 Years of Đèo Cả’s Journey,” held on the evening of July 19, 2025, at the Đèo Cả Road Tunnel Operation Center (Hảo Sơn village, Hòa Xuân commune, Đắk Lắk province).
With the theme “Journey of Overcoming Challenges,” the event was invested in on a grand scale, delivering an emotionally rich artistic night that recreated the 40-year development journey and affirmed the position of Đèo Cả Group.
Happy Media – acting as the consulting and event-organizing unit – took charge of the entire design and content creation, stage production and program coordination, creating an impressive event that was polished from imagery to emotion.

Happy Media handled the full design and concept development for the program, including:

The highlight of the Gala “40 Years of Đèo Cả’s Journey” lies in how Happy Media constructed the program as a “theatrical piece,” retelling the Group’s development story through three clear chapters that are narrative-driven and emotionally rich:
Each segment was staged with meticulous investment in stage, music, lighting, artists and performance technology, making viewers feel as if they were reliving the brand’s 40-year development journey.
The program featured participation from People’s Artist (NSND) Quang Thọ, singers Đông Hùng and Yên Hà, along with many artists, dancers and a professional performance team. Performances were conceptualized and executed by Chief Director – musician Nguyễn Bá Hùng, Music Director – musician Phạm Hồng Biển, and Chief Choreographer Điền Bùi (who are leaders of Happy Media), creating stage moments that were both refined and emotionally rich.
Having the three most important roles of a program – director, music, and choreography – all within one organizing unit gives Happy Media a superior advantage: unified creative thinking, seamless coordination capability, and tight control over artistic quality. As a result, every detail – from sound and lighting to stage emotion – was blended into a cohesive whole, helping the program to be not only visually beautiful but also deep in emotion and message.

As the event organizer, Happy Media provided an integrated solution for the entire event space and infrastructure. The design and construction included the entrance gate, exhibition tunnel, photobooth and central stage, all uniformly designed under the concepts “Journey of Overcoming Challenges” and “The Destination Is Always Ahead,” recreating Đèo Cả’s development marks through each phase.
Entrance gate – The beginning of the “Journey of Overcoming Challenges”
From the event gate, attendees were welcomed by a design inspired by brand imagery, notable projects, and mountain-crossing roadways, along with careful, professional reception and hospitable spirit.
Exhibition tunnel – The timeline corridor of Đèo Cả’s 40 years
The exhibition tunnel space was likened to a timeline corridor guiding viewers through five development phases of the Group. With visual images and information to recreate projects and milestones, the 40-year journey became relatable and pride-inspiring.
Check-in area – Recreating brand symbols
Designed as a mini exhibition, displaying models of Đèo Cả’s representative projects. Every detail was crafted carefully and vividly, creating a space that was both artistic and imbued with brand spirit.
Main stage – Where emotions soar
The central stage was grandly constructed, applying hologram, combined with audio–lighting systems to create a grand concert with modern technology and high artistic value.
Thanks to the harmonious combination of artistic production and advanced technology, the Gala “40 Years of Đèo Cả’s Journey” not only met technical standards but also conveyed the company’s spirit of Aspiration – Determination – Gratitude through every stage detail.

The project’s success lies not only in its scale but also in an integrated event-organizing mindset – the strength that has created Happy Media’s brand. In each project, Happy Media is not only an event organizer but a strategic partner of the brand.
